Browse source dashboards

Chat is the fastest way to answer a question, but you can also browse connected feedback directly. After a source has data, its icon appears in the product navigation.

Open a source

Select an integration icon, such as Discord, Steam, or Email. Most source areas have:

  • A Dashboard with totals, trends, and sentiment for a date range
  • One or more list tabs for the underlying messages, reviews, posts, issues, or discussions

The exact tabs and measurements depend on the source. For example, GitHub separates issues, pull requests, and discussions, while Steam separates reviews and discussion threads.

Narrow the list

Use the controls above a list to focus on what matters. Depending on the source, you may be able to filter by:

  • Date
  • Channel, repository, app, account, or forum
  • Rating, language, status, or content type
  • Search text

You can also change the sort order and the number of items shown per page. Available filters reflect the information that source provides.

tip

Use a dashboard when you want to inspect individual items or quickly check a trend. Use chat when you want Kinn to compare sources, explain a pattern, group similar feedback, or produce a report.

Open the original source

Where the platform provides a public link, cards include a way to open the original post, review, issue, or conversation. Use it to verify context before sharing a finding or taking action.

If the page is empty

  • Check Settings → Integrations to confirm the source belongs to the selected product.
  • Allow the initial index time to finish after a new connection.
  • Remove filters or widen the date range.
  • Make sure you selected the intended product from the product menu.
